Reynaud's Syndrome

(also Poor Circulation)

Myofascial Release is wonderful for poor circulation, encouraging blood flow and bringing fluid and nutrients to areas where toxins may have built up. Also, clearing the pathway for sluggish circulation to prevent fluid buildup (oedema). If you tend to get puffy ankles in hot weather or after flying, or if you get cold hands and feet in the winter, you might want to try MFR for an improvement to the symptoms. Facial MFR (a Fascial Facial, if you like!) is good for skin problems.
The symptoms of Reynaud's Syndrome are often caused by poor circulation and are sometimes misdiagnosed. Again, why not try MFR, a gentle non-invasive, drug-free therapy to improve the pain, numbness and tingling in your fingers?
